How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the delivery status directly from your customer account.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's confirmed?

Yes, as long as it hasn't entered the preparation stage. Contact us quickly with your order number so we can assist you.

Do you offer promo codes or payment in 3 or 4 installments?

Occasional promotions may be available. Depending on eligibility, payment in several installments (3x/4x) can be selected at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after purchase?

Yes, provided your parcel hasn't yet been handed over to the carrier. Write to us as soon as possible to update your address.

Can I combine several promotions?

Unless otherwise stated, promo codes cannot be combined. Conditions are displayed during checkout.
